Consumer Assessment of Hospice Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Survey Ratings

(CAHPS) survey ratings are among the most important sources of hospice quality. Surveys are sent to families following a patient’s death to gauge their satisfaction with the services they’ve received. We track a range of clinical outcomes and quality of life indicators, like CAHPS, to help us better understand these important metrics and incorporate the added insight into our Hospice practices.

Taking a more informed approach to care is just one way we strive to enrich the lives of our residents and their families.
