Trained grief counselors lead the group in a safe space where you can talk openly\, learn healthy ways to cope with your grief\, and connect with others.\n\n\n\nHere’s what you can expect:\n\nA safe and welcoming space: Share your thoughts and feelings without judgment.\nLearn about grief: Understand what’s normal and get tips for coping.\nConnect with others: Meet other survivors who get what you’re going through.\nGet support from professionals: Trained grief counselors guide the group.\n\n\n\n\nDate: Mondays July 7 – July 28\nTime: 1:00 – 2:30pm\nWho: Anyone who has lost someone\nLocation:\n2840 Remington Green Circle Conference Room\n\n\n\nRegistration:\nThis event is free and open to the community. DESCRIPTION:Big Bend Hospice is hosting a no-cost Bereavement Buddies walk. This event offers a supportive space for those grieving the loss of a loved one to connect with others in a relaxed\, outdoor setting. Weather permitting\, we will meet near the Korean War Memorial and walk a loop around the park.
