We are happy to announce Lisa Baggett as our new Professional Relations Liaison for Wakulla and Taylor counties.

by Cara Brown, BBH Professional Relations Manager

Lisa joined Big Bend Hospice thirteen years ago. She was the administrative assistant for the Education Department and was responsible for providing assistance to clinical staff, coordinating orientation for new hires, and developing educational in-services. In 2016, she joined the Big Bend Hospice Foundation department where she processed donations and donor inquiries.

Lisa tells us, “I have spent the majority of my career providing excellent customer service and I look forward to increasing awareness about the compassionate care that Big Bend Hospice provides to the Big Bend area. These are challenging times and it’s important for the community to know that we are here and we are ready to provide critically needed services.”

Despite the challenges of COVID-19, we continue to engage our community through our Professional Relations Team. One of their primary responsibilities is to build strong relationships with local physicians and healthcare providers, ensuring they are satisfied with the care our “Team” provides to their patients.

Lisa is already out in the community, educating, and inspiring those around her. Her attention to the communities she serves is one of the reasons Big Bend Hospice is Your “Hometown Hospice.”
