Join us for a fun afternoon of hand-making cards and learningabout Volunteer opportunities with Big Bend Hospice! Join us August 25, 2022 from 3:00pm - 4:00pm at Eastpoint Library - 160 Hickory Dip, Eastpoint, FL 32328 We will be creating cards for Big Bend Hospice patients. Homemade cards help combat patients' loneliness and positively impact their mental health. Seeing a handmade card lets them know people are thinking about them. While we make the cards for Big Bend Hospice patients, we’ll discuss the many ways BBH Volunteers help make a difference in the community. All supplies will be provided, as well as snacks and drinks. Third Annual Re-envisioning Elder Care Conference
Save the Date for the Third Annual Re-envisioning Elder Care Conference to be held on September 9, 2022, by the Florida Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Programs at Florida State and Nova Southeastern Universities. This third annual joint conference will explore a number of timely issues impacting the care of older adults.
