July/August Adult Grief Support Group

Big Bend Hospice offers a six-week grief support group for individuals dealing with a loss. Trained grief counselors lead the group in a safe space where you can talk openly, learn healthy ways to cope with your grief, and connect with others.
Here’s what you can expect:
- A safe and welcoming space: Share your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
- Learn about grief: Understand what’s normal and get tips for coping.
- Connect with others: Meet other survivors who get what you’re going through.
- Get support from professionals: Trained grief counselors guide the group.

Note: Parking is in the upper parking lot of the building. Walk up the ramp. The front door always remains locked – participants can knock for entry.
