Big Bend Hospice offers a four-week grief support group for individuals dealing with a loss. Trained grief counselors lead the group in a safe space where you can talk openly, learn healthy ways to cope with your grief, and connect with others.

Here’s what you can expect:

• A safe and welcoming space: Share your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
• Learn about grief: Understand what’s normal and get tips for coping.
• Connect with others: Meet other survivors who get what you’re going through.
• Get support from professionals: Trained grief counselors guide the group.
