Big Bend Hospice Youth Bereavement is excited to announce the return of Camp Woe-Be-Gone at Bradley’s Pond in Tallahassee on Thursday, July 29th, 2021. We invite youth aged 6 to 12 from Leon, Gadsden, Liberty, Franklin, Wakulla, Taylor, Jefferson, and Madison Counties that have experienced the death of someone important to them to join us for this special retreat. Trained grief counselors and volunteers will lead campers through support activities including creative arts, movement, group discussion, and a special remembrance ceremony. A light breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided as well as an official camp T-shirt and special prizes. Transportation for campers will be available from the Big Bend Hospice office in Tallahassee to Bradley’s Pond.
