A Day of Dialogue on Minority Health brings rural residents, healthcare professionals, faith leaders, and community partners together to share knowledge, address barriers, and explore practical ways to take charge of personal health. This event creates space for real conversation and connection. After last year’s gathering, many attendees followed up with healthcare providers and shared that they felt more informed and encouraged to take steps toward better health. We look forward to continuing this work together and supporting healthier futures in our community.
