    Join us for a relaxed, supportive walk designed just for caregivers. Whether you're caring for a loved one or supporting others professionally, this is a space for you. Join us on the third Saturday of each month from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at Cascades Park (Capital City Amphitheater - near main parking lot) 1001 S Gadsden St, Tallahassee, FL 32301 Event Details:  Date: July 18 | Aug 15 | Sept 19 | Oct 17 | Nov 21 | Dec 19 Time: 9:00am - 10:00am Location: Cascades Park | Meet at the Capital City Amphitheater - near main parking lot | View map of park here What to expect:  Friendly, welcoming group Easy-paced walk (all fitness levels) Optional conversation and peer support No registration required Come as you are.
