In this no-cost virtual presentation, we invite any adult seeking support to join us as we explore the basics of grief, share practical tips for coping, and provide resources to help navigate this challenging time. Led by Pam Mezzina, LCSW, this session is designed to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can better understand the grief process and learn tips for coping. Whether you're newly bereaved or support someone who is, we're here to provide guidance and encouragement. Participants are welcome to share questions and feedback in the chat throughout the session. A Day of Dialogue on Minority Health brings rural residents, healthcare professionals, faith leaders, and community partners together to share knowledge, address barriers, and explore practical ways to take charge of personal health. This event creates space for real conversation and connection. After last year’s gathering, many attendees followed up with healthcare providers and shared that they felt more informed and encouraged to take steps toward better health. We look forward to continuing this work together and supporting healthier futures in our community.
