Big Bend Hospice is hosting a no-cost Bereavement Buddies walk. This event offers a supportive space for those grieving the loss of a loved one to connect with others in a relaxed, outdoor setting. Weather permitting, we will meet near the Korean War Memorial and walk a loop around the park. Feel free to bring a chair and water if you'd like. The Day of the Dead is a celebration that honors and remembers loved ones who have died. It is marked by music, food, and decorations. It is a celebration of life and the memories of the departed. Please join Big Bend Hospice for this special holiday workshop. Activities will include a memorial “ofrenda”, candle decorating, and a discussion about continuing bonds.
